On February 16, 2023, the second training session took place with expert Nguyễn Thị Nghĩa. During the session, the Bye Béo team was guided on how to set goals for the first two quarters of 2023 based on the annual plan created in session 1.

First, quarterly goals were summarized into only seven core company-wide objectives. All members discussed together, and each department and member had clear, specific goals following the S.M.A.R.T. method. Especially for Marketing, Sales, Coach, and LMS Shop departments, the core goals were all kept under seven, expressed as affirmative and measurable statements, reducing the habit of half-finished work.
