Mr. Tran Duy Hao – Founder of StarGlobal 3D is a leader with a technical background and deep professional expertise. After working for large corporations and multinational companies, he also developed a strong understanding of business operating processes.
With the goal of strong growth and expansion into international markets such as the U.S. and Canada, Mr. Hao applied systematic operating processes to help the business develop sustainably and pursue its business goals. He had used tools such as Excel, Base, MyXTeam, and Amis, but after a period of implementation he found that these tools made the process very complex, put pressure on the team, and were hard to follow. 1. The challenges StarGlobal 3D faced when using complex operating processes
Using complex operating processes made the StarGlobal 3D team unable to execute goals according to plan, even though Mr. Hao had very clear visions and goals. Some of the difficulties he faced included:

With guidance from expert Nguyen Thi Nghia, the StarGlobal 3D team clarified the full picture for 2023 and specified quarterly priority OKR goals, while making the weekly KPI indicators each member needed to own transparent.
In addition, Starglobal 3D’s goal system was expressed clearly and closely through milestones on the software, guiding the team to practice “doing what is important.” Most importantly, every member now grasped and understood the strategy Mr. Hao wanted to communicate. The goals and indicators gained consensus from the StarGlobal 3D team, and members all committed to executing the company’s goals.
- Connect the team with company goals – Review business activities through weekly meetings
Through the implementation session, Simplamo’s guidance helped StarGlobal 3D organize an effective weekly meeting rhythm. The seven-step meeting framework helped the whole team review and update the status of the goals and indicators that had been set.
